The car in the picture with the woman in the pink shirt has a dark gray stripe down the hood of the car.

The car in the 4th St videos does not have that stripe.

I believe the address identified as the location of his arrest is Monticello Ave. I have seen a map of the location, but can’t find it at the moment.
