Revelations that allege former FBI Director James Comey started work on his statement clearing Hillary Clinton of any charges against her long before the FBI’s investigation into her email scandal was complete have led one of President Donald Trump’s lawyers to brand the FBI investigation “a fraud on the American people.”

As reported by Western Journalism, Sens. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, and Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., wrote FBI Director Chis Wray earlier this week about the revelation that was contained in partially redacted transcripts of interviews with two FBI officials.
In the interviews, the officials said that months before Comey announced in July that Clinton would not be charged, he had started drafting a statement to announce that result.

Sessions has been the biggest disappointment of the Trump presidency. Trump should have fired him months ago.
If Trump wanted Sessions to chase this, he would be chasing it. Go higher up the food chain to P&M.

Sessions is just following Trump’s orders. Apparently this isn’t as high a Trump priority as some were lead to believe.
Agree!! But the entire congress fell in love with Sessions as AG. [He protects their swamp roots.] They would howl like demented banshees if Trump made a move to rid himself of this epic fail. Add the earsplitting screams of the MSM, and it wouldn’t be good.
The buck stops there and only there. But... if Sessions is doing his job correctly, nothing will leak. But if nothing leaks, people take the absence of details to mean nothing's being done. Argumentum ex silentio fallacy.
Please. Trump tried to get Sessions on track and all he got was a crud-ton of congressional and MSM blowback. As for Sessions, he said he ***might*** investigate a leak, and then he went straight back to his beloved d.a.r.e. program.
Trump can’t run the DOJ. And there are plenty of leaks. All to Trump’s detriment.
Yeah...so?.. what is anyone going to do about it? Where is a Vince Flynn type operative when we need one?
