Oh please. Some Like it Hot was #1 on the AFI list for the century.

I like the movie, but don’t think it’s automatically top.

For really funny, I love “Court Jester” (especially once they reach the castle) and “Singin’ in the Rain” - a genius movie in all respect sans maybe “drama”.

The Court Jester and Young Frankenstein are two of my faves.

"Some Like it Hot" was just stupid, not funny. "Court Jester" was around #98 on the AFI list, and that was also ridiculous. "Court Jester" should have been in the top 20, and perhaps even the top 10.

I don't think enough people have seen it. It's a near miracle some of those really old movies survived the ravages of time make the list. Great comedy is timeless.
