Yes it is VERY disturbing how the police stand down , creepy in fact . portland oregon , one of the sanctuary cities for violent homeless bums and antifa just hired on a black panther woman as police chief.( just great), a huge number of the homeless in Portland Oregon live in barely running cars and have cell phones and guns
