Read my post 73 again. Obviously, I am talking about SF.
You are not going to find any FBI crime statistics that separate out perpetrators by those who commit crimes in their home town and those that commit crimes visiting a different town.
SF crime stats do not care where the perp is from. Face it. A female black felon is a female black felon no matter where she is from when she commits a crime in SF.
Thank you very much, rlmorel and Zakeet!!
Once again, that is not the quote nor is that what the article says. You're making s**t up and omitting key words in the quote from the article.
You left out the word, CITY!
Here is the exact quote below.
""Black women represent 5.8% of the citys female population, but accounted for 45.5% of all female arrests in 2013, according to the report from the nonprofit, which works to reduce incarceration.""
You keep dodging and ducking popping off with all this federal stats gibberish. You and I both know you're a very disingenuous individual. You're someone who refuses to admit they're wrong. Crappy character red flag!
See ya loser!
What are you talking about. I copied the quote right out of your post. If something is left out is on you.
And the omission of the word ‘City’ out of my original post is irrelevant to my point.
If anyone is disingenuous in this conversation sir it is you.
You are going on an on about an omission that is with out substance to the argument.
Turn your microscopically critical gaze on your own character sir. It is not pretty but petty.
Were the arrests justified?
LOL, got a good laugh on that text again with my coffee this morning!
You failed reading comprehension is school didn’t you.
Black women represent 5.8% of the CITY'S female population, but accounted for 45.5% of all female arrests in 2013, according to the report from the nonprofit, which works to reduce incarceration
What black women did ya think they were talking about? Black women in the Congo? Hogjaw Arkansas?
