Agreed, but it will take time to get them hooked up. 100 tons of dry ice would fit on 3 semis. There is a lot of time 3 semis of dry ice could buy. Takes a day or so to set up those generators and then there is fuel.

Much less 3 to 5 semis full, somewhere off in a flood zone.
