When one considers that the President, Sheriff Arpaio & the Judge who was prosecuting the Sheriff were all sworn to uphold the Constitution. When one considers that the sworn purpose of the Constitution is stated thus in the Document;

We the people of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

When one considers that that purpose is the absolute antipathy of National Socialism; it is very clear that the President & Sheriff ate not the Nazis. It is also very clear that the Sheriff--not the Judge--understood the rule of law, in this case.

I do not know whether Olberman is actually rabid, otherwise insane, or on some bizarre medication. That he is not rational is self-evident.
