Fake news frauds push... fake news and stuff normal people don’t care about.

Because Trump doesn’t care what they think.

There are huge numbers of people who truly believe without doubt that this hurricane is due to climate change.

That’s scarier than anything else.

“But scientists are saying what's really needed is smarter development policies, and for public officials to start thinking about climate change, and how climate change will start bringing more intense and frequent rainfall and a lot of them are not doing that at this point, even though a bunch of other major cities are,” Collier argued.

I happen to be a scientist.

A real one.

And the above is a perfect example of the opposite of science.

if Houston officials over the decades had been willing to have a smarter development policies, leave some green space, instead of paving it over with concrete

If this thing, which is 92.96 million miles away, can burn human eyeballs in a matter of seconds,
it is quite possible that it can also have more of an effect on the climate than anything our "smarter development policies."

Clearly its time to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Trump’s Twitter priorities.

This would be a great opportunity for Trump to turn this around on the mainstream media and show how they are using poor people to attack him, Trump. He would have to handle it very carefully and I am not sure his communications director is up to the task.

Sometimes I think these “news” people in the New York/Washington axis are certifiable. Just my opinion.

“I happen to be a scientist.”

me too. AND an engineer. with degrees even. and PI status on NSF grants even.

And as REAL scientists who have truly studied the data and the papers (all of them, not just the fake ones), we know this whole climate change/global warming nonsense is completely fraudulent bullshit.

Are they trying to say that if Hillary was Elected there would not have been a Hurricane, or it would have not have happened if President Trump signed the Paris Accord?

Nobody is THAT stupid, right?

I’m surprised it took the “Minstry of Truth” this long to come up with this latest smear. Coordinated and repeated Ad nauseam , as usual. Frankly their lies are so predictable its actually starting to bore me. Sad really, American propaganda use to be the best in the world!

Wait, wasn't it droughts?

Climate change's heat intensifies drought in the USA

"Climate change is likely prolonging the duration and severity of naturally occurring drought in the Southwest," says Martin Hoerling, a research meteorologist at theNational Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. He says the main cause of U.S. drought today is a lack of rainfall, but by century's end, the key culprit might be higher temperatures.

Texas, prone to drought, is particularly vulnerable. Its supply of water is shrinking while its demand for water is rising amid a boom in population and fossil fuel production. In a process known as hydraulic fracturing or fracking, huge amounts of water are blasted underground to break apart rock and retrieve oil or gas trapped inside.

This is an image of the Transit of Venus in 2012. Venus is about the same size as Earth. Amazing how something so relatively tiny as the Earth from 93 million miles away can alter what that giant plasma ball is doing is it not?
