Actor and activist George Clooney and his wife Amal, have become the latest high-profile public figures to donate $1 million to the far-left Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). The Money Monster star’s Clooney Foundation for Justice partnered with the Alabama-based organization for the seven-figure grant, Deadline reports.
“Amal and I wanted to add our voice (and financial assistance) to the ongoing fight for equality,” George Clooney said in a statement. “There are no two sides to bigotry and hate.”
“We are proud to support the Southern Poverty Law Center in its efforts to prevent violent extremism in the United States,” the actor and his wife said. “What happened in Charlottesville, and what is happening in communities across our country, demands our collective engagement to stand up to hate.”

Me too, can’t stand the sight or sound of Clooney for more than 30 seconds.
He’s a lousy actor, and he clearly is someone who’s always looking in the mirror, admiring himself.
Every organization and individual who is targeted should sue them.
Clooney is a hater. That’s all.
Donating $1M to promote hatred and bigotry.

Why only 1 million, George?
Yes, but they make up for all that by moral grandstanding. Plus they ooze with good intentions. Any time now Clooney will probably give a speech admonishing us against the perils of extravagant and wasteful lifestyles, and how we all need to care for the poor and underprivileged. Maybe he can throw in a few points about the dangers of vanity and pride as well.
