What is the precise definition of a “White Supremacist”? Is it illegal to be one? How about a “Black Supremacist”? Can either White or Black Supremacists legally be the subject of discrimination? Can one who publicly announces that he/she is a White (or a Black) Supremacist be charged for committing a hate crime for doing so?
