I gave up on major American car racing years ago. IndyCar and NASCAR are both a joke. Small track racing is where the heart of American car racing remains. As for the big boys F1 is head and shoulders above our two racing leagues.

Yup. When you can claim the winners car or engine for a few hundred bucks it gets much more fun to watch. You can run what you want (as long as the displacement is correct) to sell for 300 bucks. Keeps guys from building monster engines. Dirt makes it fun too ;)
