I don’t trust Kelly at all. Since when does the chief of staff get to make the decision on what or who the President should see. The act like Trump needs a babysitter.
He should be making list of people and what they want to discuss & let Trump decide who he should see.
Ever since President Eisenhower created the position of White House Chief of Staff, that is the Chief of Staff's job.
No President could ever get anything done if anyone who works in the Executive Branch could just barge into the President's office anytime they wanted. So Eisenhower created the Chief of Staff to be the president's gatekeeper. That is the principle, if not only, purpose of having a Chief of Staff.
