I've walked beside that ditch and it seemed so out of place in the desert.

But very well appreciated!!

The irrigation ditches for the orchard; over at Lee's Ferry; were VERY well liked by my pooch one year. It was 107° and GOD only knows HOW hot it was in the microclimate near the ground where my dog was walking. But he RAN towards the water and jumped right in; wearing a silly dog grin!!
