Black Lives Matter activist Chanelle Helm released a list of “requests” to white people in the wake of the violence in Charlottesville, Virginia, this month. Helm, the so-called “cofounder and core organizer of Black Lives Matter Louisville,” explained in an article published at Leoweekly.com the things she says need to “change.”
“White people, if you don’t have any descendants, will your property to a black or brown family. Preferably one that lives in generational poverty,” Helm writes in an article titled “White people, here are 10 requests from a Black Lives Matter leader.”
White people are asked, “Give up the home you own to a black or brown family,” pass on any inherited property “to a black or brown family,” or “re-budget your monthly so you can donate to black funds for land purchasing.”
White women, especially, are urged to “get a racist fired” or “get your boss fired cause they racist too,” Helms writes.

Just think how rich Festus could become with one million dollars — just think about what all those lottery tickets would win Festus!
And a trust fund for property maintenance, pest control, insurance, liability, etc., etc. 'Course, they would probably take out a mortgage on the donated property and then go into default because they really only wanted the cash after all. Not to mention, the neighbors would probably complain about the noise, drug deals, gang shootings, property devaluation, etc.

There are several buildings near downtown Tampa that were funded as Section 8/”Affordable Housing” and they are nothing but invitations for contractor/builder fraud. The projects are over budget, WAY past completion dates, failing inspection after inspection and are still not ready to house people. Tampa has tens of thousands on waiting lists for rental assistance and they won’t even take new applications. The “projects” housing these buildings were meant to replace were torn down before suitable replacement units were ready.

And this is a representation of an organization that wishes to be identified and respected for what they think? Try to get literate first. Makes you appear to have a low IQ.

For Ms. Helms I would suggest that she change the name “Black Lives Matter” to “Black Losers Mumble” or “Black Livers Matter” because she is unintelligible in her racism and possibly drinks too much Ripple.

Newark NJ destroyed an Italian enclave in North Newark to build huge projects, which completely ruined the area. A few decades later, they demolished them and replaced them with “low-rises” (easier to police). Many of the same Italians who warned of the outcome decades ago were still alive when they were vindicated...
The Dem plantation is composed of many that would find that completely acceptable - minus the work & brutality. Provide them with food, clothing, and shelter; many want no part of the “free” education offered. Continue this in perpetuity and they’d be quite content...

While we’re at it, those NFL players that think this country is so bad should donate ALL of their paychecks to good causes that would make the improvements they demand. Otherwise, their display is just hollow self promotion.

A friend traveling in East Africa described the crumbling infrastructure left behind by the British when they left; giving them homes did nothing. After independence Kenya and Uganda targeted their Indian transplants as parasites and forced them to leave; with them went the last business acumen in their countries.
I watched a clip of Mohammed Ali on his way to the “Rumble in the Jungle”; he is absolutely beaming as he describes flying on a black airline with black pilots. I wonder what he felt as he watched Zaire (Congo) descend into chaos later, with MILLIONS killed in the fighting and resulting displacement. He certainly wasn’t going to make sub-Saharan Africa his primary residence...
