The world's most famous grill maker just grilled two of today's most famous athletes.
George Foreman took down Colin Kaepernick and Kevin Durant on a podcast Monday, saying neither the football nor basketball star is patriotic. I’ll never forget him at the Olympics, bowing and proudly waving his little American flag!
THAT’S the memory I was thinking of! Bowed to all four sides of the ring.
Class guy from Day One.
George is a great guy who is about to be put through hell. I hope he stays strong. He would not be the first to back track after supporting Trump.
“I think Jim Brown likes Trump as well. I hope he comes out for Trump too.
But we all know they will call them House Ns or Uncle Toms.”
Not to his face I would bet.
I have owned three Foreman Grills over the years and love using them, particularly for certain items. I am glad to hear these remarks from Mr. Foreman!
Before we re-write history, remember that George was a folding troubled youth that didn’t turn around until after his first boxing retirement.
Yeah, Chuvalo talks about that. When I lived in Vegas, I met Michael Dokes....he shook my hand up to my elbow. I couldn’t imagine being hit in the face with those mitts.....And he was no Frazier or Ali.
Georgia thank you for your support and service ...and they’re going to roast you alive
if you think it’s bad being a White Guy having the Press demand you conform to their PC rules it’s way worse for a black guy that steps out of line
This year, the Browns need to be boycotted.
“Good for George! I sure enjoyed him on Better Late Than Never. He seems like a good guy.”
He is a good guy. Generational differences with blacks Same as whites. We all remember when America was still America..warts and all.Better than now.
George won in the long run.
“Outside the sport he is an ordained minister]
Yep!”
As opposed to the poverty pimp Jesse Hijackson.
Going to get another Foreman Grill =)
or “the rev” Al Sharpton.
I don’t know if he actually does any rev-ving but I certainly hope not.
George seemed to be patriotic in 1968 when he won the olympic heavyweight title. Showing the American flag in all directions after defeating a much older commie fighter
My Mom was in her eighties when she bought a Foreman grill. Said it turned out a perfect grilled cheese sandwich. Mom liked George Foreman in those infomercials. Genial, good natured, and someone you could trust.
A Christian minister, too.
In most ways......I do agree.
Though there was a window of time, in the 60s and 70s, where love him or hate him ...... Cassius Clay/Mohammed Ali was the greatest!
George Foreman needs to grill more snowflakes...great grill, too.
