I believe some parts of Arizona do not recognize daylight savings time(1 hour ahead). So that would put the rally at PM or PM respectively.

I believe some parts of Arizona do not recognize daylight savings time(1 hour ahead). So that would put the rally at PM or PM respectively.All of Arizona does not recognize DST except the Navajo Indian Reservation in NE Arizona. It is on MDT on both sides of the AZ-NM border.
