SAN ANTONIO - A San Antonio woman has been arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child after a 4-year-old came forward and reported the incident. The woman, 18-year-old Esmeralda Marie Medellin, was arrested on Thursday just after 6 p.m. and is currently being held at the Bexar County Magistrate’s Office. Police say the child, who remains unnamed due to the nature of the crime, stated that Medellin performed sexual acts on him. He also said that she made him perform sexual acts her as well.

I had one going from thread to thread frothing at the mouth and insisting that he was going to get me banned from free republic for exactly that.
It was after the story broke about the kids in some big reality television show broke. Several people were furious that I wasn’t concentrating my attention on the young male involved.
I could dredge the posts up, they got really nasty.

Is this another McMartin episode? I believe 4 years old is the cutoff for a competent victim in Texas.
Not sorry she has to be guilty, my comment was to those that judge guilt by looks.
Or that all of them are a mix of African and Indian with only a few Europeans.
I've seen far too many of those same ("not guilty" / "high five that boy" / "fond memories" / "it will never hurt him") posts. It's depressing.
Good points. Even people who know about the wide variety of immigrants to the United States don’t realized that the same patterns occurred in Meso-America and South America, and in fact are continuing, just as they are here.
One of my Mexican friends is married to a man from Poland. He went from Poland to Mexico first (around 30 years ago). He courted my friend, who was then in her late teens, and promised he’d make a good life for them. Then he went to the United States, worked, and learned English. Then he went back to Mexico and married Lola, and they both moved to the U.S.
They have a daughter named Olga (Olenka) Podolska, who was born in Mexico.
