Maryland Democrat gubernatorial candidate Krishanti Vignarajahs campaign roll-out is off to a rough start. Just days after declaring her candidacy, it was reported that she has been a registered Washington, D.C. voter, despite also being registered in Maryland, and has cast her votes in DC elections since 2010. Even though Vignarajah lived just minutes away from Maryland for years and maintained a Maryland residence, she chose to vote in DC.
Bethesda Magazine reports:
Vignarajah, 37, an attorney, first registered to vote in Maryland in 2006 at an address in Catonsville. However, she didnt vote in the state until the 2016 general election, according to her Maryland voting history, which Bethesda Beat obtained.
While her Maryland registration remained active, she registered to vote in D.C. on Sept. 14, 2010, then voted in the citys primary the same day, according to her D.C. voting history, also obtained by Bethesda Beat.

Can’t be....there is no voter fraud.
It’s OK. He’s a Democrat.
They are reporting it as though it’s a bad thing.
It’s not fraud if you’re a dem.

“She’s” a democrat.

But, but, but ... the MSM says there’s no voter fraud...
Doesn't even sound American.

Female person of color (yes, Indian-Americans are people of color, but only if they’re democrats). Get out of jail free card. Don’t expect Fox News to be covering this anytime soon, hope I’m wrong.
Besides - she's only a democrat lawyer - How was she supposed to know she couldn't vote illegally in Washington, DC?
Krishanti Vignarajah:
- Yale Law School Grad.
- Former Policy Director to First Lady Michelle Obama at The White House
- U.S. Department of State Senior Advisor under Clinton and Kerry

This will not hurt her in the least. In fact it will probably help her.
Sounds more like a salad dressing.
Was she paying Maryland state income tax or D.C. ? Enquiring minds want to know
Did she vote once or twice.
If once, and only in one place, I’ll give her a partial pass. If in either place when convenient, not so good. If twice in the same election... jail.
One of the reasons we have single location registration policies is because you can’t trust people not to abuse them.
