China can program their satellites to hunt and kill other satellite with unbreakable comms code. War in the Heavens - eyes in the sky will be much more vulnerable to attack. The high ground will be contested.

So China would allow people to communicate anonymously? The purpose is to allow Chinese GOVERNMENT entities to communicate, relatively safe from NSA snooping.
