At the first official "Pride Night" for the St. Louis Cardinals, the ceremonial first pitch will be thrown by transgender entertainer Tassandra Crush, reports multiple LBGTQ media outlets. It is believed to be the first time a transgender individual will throw a first pitch at a Major League Baseball game.
The game is on Friday, August 25 at Busch Stadium, and special Pride Night themed Cardinals hats will be the team's promotional giveaway.
Crush is Pride St. Louis' reigning Queen of Pride.

... family night at the ballgame in our modern age ... y'all be sure to attend ...
Folks, if you aren’t boycotting pro sports, I don’t know what the F you are waiting for.
Nothing new here ... lots of guys have thrown out the first pitch.
Stop the world. I want to get off.
Now the question is, will MLB diss America by dissing Trump on October 24?
Wrong! From 2009:
Remind me again what exactly are they proud of?
Gross.
Damn, now they are ruining baseball.
Men often throw out the first pitch. If you like diversity, then allowing a mentally-ill man to throw that pitch out is a good thing.
I agree! I quit watching years ago, don’t miss the soap opera of sports! Now with the social agenda being installed I don’t care if they lose all of there fan base!
Amen. Most expensive virtue signalling exercise in the universe outside the government of the United States.
The St. Louis Cardinals are a worthy baseball dynasty—often rivals to our Boston Red Sox.
They and their fans do NOT deserve to have a degraded “transgender” creature throw out the first ball—or have anything whosoever to do with their fine ball club!!!!
I’ve been a Cardinals fan for better part of 30 years and I’m surprised they would do this. Historically, they have been a fairly conservative organization.
But, but, but, we need our bread and circuses...... /s
SICK, SICK, SICK society.......
If I were theer (which I will never be), I would throw that stupid “pride’ hat back on the field and I truly hope many who are attending will do just that. Bet the media won’t show that.
Hopefully, the Cardinals will provide the ball.
I’m done with the Mariners and Seahawks. Seahawks punter Jon Ryan said he didn’t want fans supporting the Seahawks who don’t support the gay agenda. Ok, got it. Last year, the Mariners fired a player who criticized BLM for beating up a homeless man and trying to set a photographer on fire (police intervened).
