Well if so, they weren’t black slaves. Natives all across America attacked local tribes, captured slaves. This slavery was not the same as the slaves in Democrat controlled south.

These were Chinook slaves. But while we are in the midst of the Cultural Revolution, let's not use a small paint brush. Slaves are slaves. (pardon my sarcasm).

Just for the tally book, how did “this slavery” compare to human bondage in the slave states of New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Delaware, and Maryland?

Why is it different? The truth is when past societies needed workers and there were no willing workers they generally enslaved whoever was handy at the time if they had the power to do so. We are likely all descended from people who were enslaved at one time or another by one group or another.
