They think that the plan was to load up the van with explosives, but when the terrorists accidentally detonated the explosives in the house last night, they decided just to go ahead with the van attack. It’s better than nothing, right?
One person in the house was killed, and the other is in custody but in the hospital. However, the police should know more about this soon.
