It’s a lot of fun to be verbosely clever; but you could say what you mean straightforwardly, instead of in a sly way that is meant, at heart, to insult other people.
I have been absolutely straightforward for days and no one gets it. Sometimes a little humor and sarcasm makes the point so much better than logic.
