Patricia Heaton is outraged by a recent CBS report about Iceland.
CBS reported Sunday that the majority of expecting mothers in the country or close to 100 percent who received a positive test for Down syndrome terminated their pregnancy.
*snip*
"Iceland isn't actually eliminating Down Syndrome. They're just killing everybody that has it. Big difference," she [Heaton] wrote.

Nazi doctrines like EugenicsAnd of course the Nazis got their inspiration for the doctrine from Margaret Sanger and other heroes of the Left here in the USA.

Patricia Heaton is a good actress, a principled person, and attractive.

I always tell liberals that Im not opposed to liberals, blacks, and Hispanics aborting their children. Feel free, is what I say. Its always an easy troll. But lately I think I might actually mean it.
If people are going to insist on being viciously tribal, at some point we will have to concern ourselves with our own tribes as well.

And of course the Nazis got their inspiration for the doctrine from Margaret Sanger and other heroes of the Left here in the USA. Don't forget Nietzsche. Eugenics was actually popular at the end of the 19th century, and a lot of the upper crust in this country believed it because it was "SCIENCE!"
They wanted reasons to believe they were superior, and so they seized on these Darwinian ideas of "survival of the fittest." Margaret Sanger and her abortion plague was founded more on this idea of controlling "Human Weeds" than it was on any concern for "reproductive freedom."

It’s a hallmark of a sane civilization, that we try to eliminate the disease, not the patients.

That’s why, when I was pregnant -—and despite pressure from the doctor -— I refused the test.

Not odd. Search is totally dependent on what any person puts in the “keyword” list. Yeah, it’s not so great.

It is ending next year. However, it will complete 9 years. The show is ending way before heaton’s remarks.

Don’t use keyword. You are counting on someone having entered patriciaheaton, just like that as a keyword. Just enter something like “heaton” and search by headline. I don’t know why headline isn’t the default, it should be.
