CIA Director Mike Pompeo says he’s seen all of the unmasking requests made by members of the Obama administration during the election.
In an interview with Chris Wallace on “Fox News Sunday,” Pompeo would not reveal whether the requests constituted spying on President Donald Trump, his campaign or transition team.
Obama officials asked for various intelligence documents to be “unmasked” to reveal the names of any Trump campaign or transition members connected with surveillance of meetings with foreign governments or officials.
Pompeo would only say that the CIA had worked well with Congress.
“There is an active investigation going one all across Capitol Hill. We have done our job as the CIA. We have provided information and responses to inquiries from multiple committees, Senate and House side. We will continue to do that to make sure they can perform their oversight functions properly,” the director stated.
Wallace asked if Pompeo had “seen all the requests” made by the Obama administration.
“Yes,” answered Pompeo.
Wallace inquired if he was “satisfied that they are all legitimate?”
“We provided all that information to Capitol Hill….There’s an active investigation going on, Chris. We’ll let them complete their work.”

I’m saying that he may think he’s seen it all but we’ve heard such untruth before from the Obama deep state.
He knows who did the illegal spying. He is just not saying...yet.

The true question would be “If you found these unmasking were possible an attempt to seek information about the Trump Campaign would you be obligated to make a referral to the Justice Department.”
No question. His equivocating “said” a lot.

That’s the problem. The GOP Congress is incompetent.
Congress would have ultimately have to implicate themselves in a true ‘investigation’ that uncovered everything that has gone on. Not going to happen.
Nothing is really “sealed” in the Presidential library. The new President has access to any of that stuff, any time he wants.

Usually I disagree with this kind of cynicism.
But not this time. I’m afraid you’re 100% right.
And, I’d add, they don’t want to pursue this because too many of the people on “our side” (???) are saying to themselves “Inappropriate Unmasking, that’s not a bad idea.....”
Until you tell them that Trump can now do the same to their side if this is not prosecutable.
Pompeo committed crimes by delivering the information requested to persons not authorized to request it.
As we BOTH know... that's so NO ONE has to be INDICTED or PROSECUTED.
Yet another CRIME goes unpunished.
That link shows the answer received by Judicial watch from team Obama. Records are in the Obama Library??? the library doesn’t exist. It is still in the planning stage. This means Obama would personnaly have the records??? since they are not his records and they are not records which fall under the POTUS exceptions, Obama does not have these items
legally. This is just a “buy more time” issue for the Dems.
It is not Domestic. The entire operation is to surveil foreign entities. a by product is when an American citizen winds up in the records. They have to check for the reasoning and methods used. The unmasking would be necessary only for National security. Obama’s Team used it for entirely political purposes.
A better question would be, “Are any of them legit?”

Absolutely, as H produced "all" her emails. Pompeo said that Russia "hacked" the election. Is he too deep in the deep state to be objective?
Thanks for your reply. I’ve been on the road most of the day, traveling to Indiana to see my youngest son. Haven’t gotten there yet. Had to stop for the night. I was listening to Jay Sekulow on the car radio, and he was saying they turned a whole bunch of their Clinton/Lynch FOIA stuff over to the Senate committee. He mentioned something about Hillary’s emails, and that there were two more emails that consisted of classified information, and were clearly labeled classified. I believe these were the ones found on Weiner’s laptop.
