Haven't seen this video on the MSM yet. Where did all the clubs come from? Bet youtube takes it down soon.

Video showing his car was struck by baseball bat BEFORE he sped up:
Leni
Wow — scary experience.
Watch the probable CIA guy with he grey hair and the white shirt get the bearded witness here to stop talking between 59:00 the start of the 59 th minute and 60:00 of this video:
Scene control!
The vehicle was being attacked before it ever went into the crowd. Armed individuals immediately started attacking vehicle as soon as it came to a stop prior to going into reverse. At the point your seeing all this, the driver is likely thinking, "Ho*y s**t, if I stop, I'm dead"
Based on everything I've seen and reviewed, I'm pretty confident at this point that is what the Fields was thinking. He wasn't too concerned with the cops at that point, because all they'd done all day was stand off on the side lines looking professional. It's all in the videos....
The attack on the vehicle afterwards is likely to be grounds for a self defense argument for anything that happened after the attack on the vehicle, as well as the charges related to leaving the scene of an accident.

The man who did the video of the attack is a former State Department employee involved now with a Soros-funded politician.
It’s obvious from the damage that he was going at least 40 mph. The point he started his acceleration was almost two blocks from the crowd and the street behind him was empty. Not much of an argument that he was trying to escape the crowd.
Nope, he gets hit with the bat well after he sped up:
This video starts with him stomping it — you can hear his tires chirp. A few seconds later the guy hits him with the bat.
My question is what was happening that caused him to accelerate initially. Did he just spontaneously decide to launch forward into the crowd? If so, then it was malicious. Or was he being surrounded by bat-wielding antifa and perhaps having his car attacked? In that case, it was panicked flight from a threat.
The vehicle was also being pelted with objects thrown prior to driving into the crowd. It’s in several videos I’ve looked at.
State Department guy who was CIA asset in the KONY psyops just happened to be there filming and snagged a major media interview within minutes of the event in which he stated, “This was ‘domestic terrorism’”
“...when you are driving a 3,700 pound vehicle and your view is obscured, you stop the vehicle.”
Has this ever happened to you? Surrounded and blocked by a hostile, armed mob, threatened, assaulted...
It happened to me, back in 1970. I tried to proceed, until a previously stopped car got in my way. I stopped, and turned off my engine; it almost got me killed. The mob attacked my car, broke my rear window, tore open my hood and started yanking my distributer wires. Fortunately for me, the biggest State Trooper I’ve ever seen blocked access to my driver’s side door; told me to stay in the car. Then a line of State Police riot squad swept the crowd aside, another trooper in plain clothes jury rigged the distributer, and the big guy got in my car and drove me out of there.
My experience tells me: don’t stop. Back up out of there if you can. Don’t try to push through a crowd that is too deep and dense to see through, unless you have an armored car or tank. (Oddly enough, a military vehicle collector did exactly that on the same day I got trapped, but he had an M3 armored scout car. Helped the StatePolice clear the road for a while.)
Thanks, been trying to find that footage though that isn’t the view I had seen of the car going into reverse and hitting people, looks like it shows it from a different angle. Both of these videos the one you post and the one I describe, I thought conflict with other videos which show the Challenger not hitting people as it pulls away, unless the videos and or I missed something.
No, just been thinking about what the driver might have already been through before he reached the congested area of the street, and what his state of mind might have been.
There is still a fair amount of critical information we don't have and won't have until the guy is questioned and other evidence might come forward from other witnesses or videos.
Sorry to tell you, you don't appear to know much about the dynamics of automobile crashes. A 40 mph impact causes much more damage than what happened to the vehicle.
Could you post the links to both of them, then they can be compared...
Agree with your scene description. However the issue with a fleeing charge is whether the guy is trying to avoid being held responsible for his actions. If he gets to a safe place and contacts the authorities, it can’t be argued that’s why he left. If, on the other hand, he actively avoids being found, the case can be made that he fled to avoid prosecution, not for reasons of self preservation.
It also goes to the other charges, easier to credibly claim he panicked when the car was clubbed before the impact if he took the actions of an innocent man, went to a place of safety where there was no further reason for panic and called the cops.
That’s why I’m trying to find arrest details. I vaguely recall seeing something to the effect that he was in custody quickly, but can’t find details.
