The video clip of those mutants smashing his windows with bats is going to weigh very heavily in this guy’s favor in a trial — even if all of it took place AFTER he ran people over.
And where were the cops as said mutants clogged the streets in an unlawful assembly?
Here is something else to consider.
This incident happened a few minutes before 5pm. The rally was closed down sometime right around noon. The Unite the Right protesters left the downtown area well before this happened.
Yet the police allowed the counter protesters to roam the streets of an area filled with street level retail stores and restaurants for several hours. And some of them were walking around with bats and pepper spray.
Unbelievable.
