Oh yes - Weston is "little Venezuela." We already have their country's intellectual and business elite right here. I would like to think they may be inclined to help rebuild the nation once the socialists have all been killed off, but that's going to be long, painful wait and the younger generation will all be culturally American by then.

Plus who really wants to see all those Venezuelan woman leave anyways?!?

I think about 10% of the young kids will go back after college. There’s opportunity there. I knew a guy who ran a tool department at Lowe’s, retired after 20, went home to Colombia, used his vendor/supplier contacts from his time at Lowe’s and is doing quite well for himself.

On the other hand, I’m seeing way too many younger latin kids working for local government. Come to America and...be a county pool inspector? Needs to be a ban on recent arrivals dropping in and going to work for any govt agency.
