So is this the second time this was postponed? I read somewhere it was pushed back to August 10th from the original trial date, and now the 10th is pushed back to the end of September. This POS lawyer is trying to sweep this crap under the rug so to speak.
Looks like Eric is going to miss the first day or so of the new school year.
