I know there are political reasons to collapse this site because of Freeper crowdsourcing the veracity of MSM/DNC reporting, but cybercrime is important to root out.

At the very least, perhaps you should reach out to the newly formed California Cyber Crime Center that was announced by former Attorney General Kamala Harris.

They would do forensic analysis of the incoming traffic at the server farm, as well as put tracers on the future traffic.

Also, they would open a case file that would remain active in case similar IP addresses are detected attacking other computer sites. Maybe they will discover that it's part of a larger integrated cyber-attack on the United States? Maybe it's the Deep 5- itself.

I know what you're thinking, but what good is living in a country where conservatives are afraid of reaching out to their own law enforcement for fear of being abused by the police?

Homeland Security says "If you see something, say something." You're seeing something; are you going to say something to the proper authorities, and then make them live up to their charter?

Just like the person who refuses to file rape charges, nothing happens if the cyber-crime victim stays silent. Conservatives cannot be made to feel that the agencies of government are off-limits to them or are worse than the criminals they are there to investigate.

It does no good to talk oneself out of it on the grounds that one is "too small to care about." Like I said above, what if rape victims thought the same way? Wouldn't the perpetrators think that victims would take that view, and then use their natural reluctance to report against them when they prey on their victims?

I’ve been around long enough to know a few things. First, this is a fact of life for content providers online, I am actually dismayed we don’t suffer more attacks like this... especially now that SkyNet is active (I am proud of my baby, it was fun to write and watch and has much more potential.) Second, LEO won’t budge if monetary damages cannot be demonstrated. They’ll jump on CC fraud, other financial crimes, data theft, but won’t do anything about some random script kiddies with too much time on their hands — not because it isn’t important, but because it happens on such a massive scale every day, it just isn’t possible to act on 1% of the reports (and probably only 1% of attacks are reported.)

Your kidding?! Taking FR's case to a California site founded by Communist Kamala Harris will do nothing more than put a leftist spotlight on FR. Stay away from government-sponsored sites that more than likely will turn on you for "hate speech" and "racist" content (by their definition anything critical of BLM, for example).
