I would love to see Internet Crime Prison Cells. They would be internet-connected 24/7/365. Anyone can connect and choose from a variety of events to inflict upon the perp, things like room temperature up or down, cold water or skunk spray, wind machine, Slim Whitman at 82db...be creative.
