No, I've read other articles describing Musk's remarks. He's talking about a population implosion consistent with the context of the article.

Okay. Thanks. Maybe Musk isn’t all bad. I just think of him as a Green Energy hustler who gets largely funded by taxpayer subsidies. If he sees Sharia as a danger, then good for him.
