At some point the chia head has to be shut down. China can SMA as far as anything regarding the security of the USA and it's allies.

The biggest concern I have as does anyone with vested interest in human life is those souls in South Korea.

They would not only be subjected to the horrors of conventional warfare as far as an artillery bombardment but also the human horror of being flooded with both refugees and the trained soldiers who will hide among them.

In fact, the refugee crisis is probably more frightening to China than any threat of nuclear fallout from missles the chia pet may attempt to launch.
