James Damore, the Google engineer that was fired for writing a memo criticizing the companys diversity policies, said in a Thursday interview that Google employees publicly criticize people based on race and gender in meetings.
You can openly shame white people or all men [at Google], and we do this in our company-wide meetings, Damore said. Theres definitely a bias toward certain movements.
During the interview with the Daily Wires Ben Shapiro, Damore claimed that Google firing him for pushing harmful gender stereotypes only revealed the companys overblown emphasis on diversity, denying allegations that his memo had pushed harmful gender stereotypes.
Theyre putting their ideology before truth, Damore said. When one side is just trying to guilt you and call you names, and the other is actually using evidence and science, you know which one is actually seeking truth.
Damore also claimed diversity issues are often exaggerated at Google, citing an instance of a female employee who complained on message boards of not feeling included at the company. The woman had posted a question that had something to do with gender, Damore said. Her post received 300 votes, only 50 of which were down votes, but she nevertheless claimed that one in six people disagreeing with her was enough to make her not feel welcome.
Damore claimed Googles obsession with diversity is so pervasive that it may definitely be biasing who they do business with. He said he only used scientific research in his memo and never claimed that women were biologically worse than men at tech jobs.
Google CEO Sundar Pichai explained Damores firing in his own memo, claiming that Damore had pushed harmful gender stereotypes, but Damore claims the company is vilifying him. Since Ive written it there have been many people that privately message me and say that yeah I support you and yeah this is a real problem, Damore said.
It better be a good settlement. Yesterday I read that Danmore "took down" the statement that he was in a PhD program in Biology from his LinkedIn profile. He probably put his efforts "on hold" due to his employment at Google but didn't tidy up his profile until yesterday. Anyway, his critics are gfawing over what they think is a guy inflating his resume. Whatever is going on with that it got me to thinking that should Danmore ever want to resume his PhD he might have a hard time getting back into any top-tier program. The social justice warriors will hound him long after his name passes from the nightly news.

The the time to act is before the other side gets organized but even around here on FR people talk about separation from the left instead of destroying them before they destroy us. Separation would just give them time to train their armies.

If you read far left wing email lists they’ve already decided to kill off all white male Trump voters once they get power back. They’re not hiding their intentions and if Trump fails that is exactly what they’ll do. Negotiation with them is no more possible than it was it was with the Nazi’s smashing Jewish shops up in the 30s.
It’s not enough know how to shoot a few guns, or to have some ammo stockpiled. People need organization, training in proper military tactics, and a willingness to deal with the Marxists in the most uncivilized manner when the fighting starts but enough discipline to not commit violence until the war begins.
Firing Damore sure was a great move for their brand, eh?

I do believe normal people are starting to see through the libtard’s BS. They have been so successful for so long with their propaganda and agitprop and lately it has not been working (for a number of reasons) and what we are witnessing is a sort of “intellectual scortched earth retreat”. They know they are losing ground but refuse to relinquish anything that still has any value. It does seem to me that things that have taken some time and effort to create is that they can be destroyed very quickly. It would not surprise me to see Google turn into another MySpace almost overnight.
Just a side note -

This is a bit of PC that too many conservatives parrot. As a population, women ARE worse than men at tech jobs. Women’s test scores in math cluster in the middle 80% while the upper (and lower) 10% has more men, percentages increasing as you get to the tails of the bell curve.
This is why white women are the number one recipient of affirmative action. Any STEM field with large numbers of women enrolls most of them on the basis of AA.
They know they’re inferior and I think this leads to the kind of bitterness these Google employees engage in.
Companies basically have no choice in the matter. Affirmative action (quotas) is a matter of federal law. And this "does" result in hiring and promotion of those not qualified for the positions they hold. That some of those same people push the envelope is no surprise.
If the righteous fury level grows enough against Google we might see its muckety mucks throwing one another to the wolves so to speak, as each tries to blame the rest for their stupidity. Google has a formidable tech base that could be saved, however the bullshit has to go. We need a proverbial Hercules for the Aegean stables of Google, turning the river of truth through them.

I recently hired for a position on my London team, and I was “strongly encouraged” to hire a female for this VP-level position.
Guess how many females applied (out of 27 applicants)?
