So true.

It’s a “key initiative” in the banking / financial sector as well.

They are eaten up with the stupid. Forget hiring the “best candidate”, hire the demographically correct candidate and make sure they get promoted.

I recently hired for a position on my London team, and I was “strongly encouraged” to hire a female for this VP-level position.

Guess how many females applied (out of 27 applicants)?

That would be one.....

I think I am talking more about abusing white males to an extent to humiliate them in a group settings. Sort of like the ads or TV sitcoms on American television for the last 20 years have and are depicting the white male as a buffoon and looser in the family. No strong family leader or strong Citizen willing to stand up.

This kind of attack at the large Corporation for the betterment and silent attack by the Federally back queers. That is what I was talking about.
