Eric Bolling is suing reporter Yashar Ali after the Huffington Post published his report claiming the FOX News host sent lewd text messages to multiple female colleagues. Bolling is suing Ali personally for a whopping $50 million. Ali says he stands by his reporting and isn’t intimidated by the suit.
Huffington Post released a statement Wednesday responding to the lawsuit.
The Huffington Post stated, “Yashar Ali is a careful and meticulous reporter. We stand by his reporting.”

If he doesn’t send dicpics, why would he say he “can’t recall” sending them to his employees?
If he is innocent he should sue.

Why isn’t Bolling suing the HuffPost?
Perhaps to isolate the reporter. Cut off Huffpost from providing a defense for the reporter.
This should be a simple case. If the reporter can provide proof about what he wrote, case closed. If all he has is un-named sources he loses.

I find it difficult to believe Bolling would do such a thing, but I also find his denial to be way too lawyerly and circumscribed. He doesn’t RECALL doing it????????? He doesn’t know??? why can’t he say “Hell NO, I never did and never would send out d#cK pix.... etc.” He is sounding too much like Bill Clinton.
He’ll have to ID the sources.
