(CNN)Police in Paris are searching for a BMW car and its driver who rammed into a group of soldiers outside a barracks in a suburb northwest of Paris on Wednesday morning.
France's counter-terror unit is investigating the attack, which left six soldiers injured, three seriously, according to Paris police. The soldiers' injuries are not life threatening.
The attack happened at the Place de Verdun in Levallois-Perret around 8:00 a.m. local time. Levallois-Perret, a quiet and affluent neighborhood, is home to the headquarters of the DCRI, France's counter intelligence agency.
"There was no doubt that this was a deliberate act," the mayor of Levallois-Perret, Patrick Balkany, told BFMTV.
Balkany said the car was "pre-positioned" in a small alleyway, waiting for troops from the 35th Infantry Regiment to come out of the building.

I can’t help loving France for all their ridiculous left wing ideas, treachery, and idiocy. At least they call a spade a spade: in Canada jihadi attacks and crimes by Mohammedans are either ignored my the State and assistant media, or, if they are too big to be ignored, attributed to “mentally disturbed individuals...”
Did he hit every soldier? In today’s terror-ridden Paris are the soldiers unarmed? How did the perp get away?

Interesting questions regarding Operation Sentinel soldiers...Are they armed with live ammo? If so, are they allowed to expend it?

In odumbo’s world, since the driver didn’t shoot first, armed or not, the soldiers would just have to grin and bare it.
In Chicago, that is indeed the policy. A vehicle driven at LE is not considered a weapon.
Ban all muzzies, and the problem goes away.
