U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said Tuesday that she sees no reason the Trump administration wouldn’t accept the results of a new federal report on the effects of climate change.
“I haven’t seen the report, but I don’t see any reason why they wouldn’t,” the former S.C. governor told the “Today Show” Tuesday morning.
While President Donald Trump withdrew the United States from the Paris climate accord earlier this year, Haley said the country remains committed to combating the warming climate.
“Just because we pulled out of the Paris accord doesn’t mean we don’t believe in climate protection,” Haley said. “We’re very aware that we need to do that. (But) we’re not going to sell out American businesses to do that.”
Scientists who worked on a federal climate assessment are not so sure. One told The New York Times that he is worried the administration, which has been publicly skeptical about the changing climate, would suppress the results. …

We look like idiots denying climate change. Climate change is real, ongoing, and has been occurring on this planet for the past 4.5 billion years.
The focus should have always been why every "solution" to climate change that liberals propose requires the transfer of hundreds of billions of dollars of wealth each year from America to the Third World? Why does every "solution" require the United States to handicap our industry but not India or China?
As always, conservatives have totally failed on messaging, allowing the liberals to get the upper hand.
Stop denying climate change and start questioning the so-called "solutions" that are nothing more than massive wealth distribution schemes and have nothing to do with climate!

The lie is that human activity has any effect. Never mind the only “solution” to this lie being to raise taxes and impose both Luddism and Malthusianism.
And the foreign-owned press tries so hard to drown out the real message—but if they were really successful, then Hillary would be president. Therefore, the conservatives do not fail on messaging at all.

Even though Hillary and Bill lied, cheated, stole massive amounts of money, left poor children to die in the dirt with nothing to eat, had their friends shot, had their enemies set on fire and shot, committed treason against the US, not just once, but dozens of times, promoted war instead of peace and enabled the killing of millions.... they didn't have INTENT so Hillary should really be President.

Warm or cool clothes, a roof or a raincoat or umbrella, or a fan, heat, or maybe air conditioning.
Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't. Who cares? This should never have even been a factor in the dialogue. Hell, even if we do cause climate change, so what? We're not going to live in caves. Deal with it world. End of discussion.
Are you aware that most people had absolutely no idea that one of the key elements of the Paris Accords was that the "developed countries" (i.e. the United States) would transfer $100 billion each year to poor nations to "ameliorate the effects of climate change"?
No idea! Just like they had no idea that India and China pretty much had to comply with absolutely nothing. Most people had no idea because the media left these ugly details in the fine print.
This is the stuff we need to be pounding the tables about. Because I can guarantee if we proposed climate change "solutions" that weren't wealth handouts to Third World despots or that made every other industrial country comply to the same standards imposed upon the United States, there'd be a lot less world interest in "fixing" things.
If the entire human population went on battery driven cars, we would have a huge demand for electric generation. It would be nice if the batteries could be charged during the day when the solar cells could be used to recharge the car batteries. That would make employee parking lots quite expensive if each car had equipped daytime recharging stations. If battery charging was done at night when people had their cars at home, the power system would have to come up with the demand using conventional methods. Has any of these fools come up with the numbers to make that work?

When Trump took over, he extanded an olive branch yo the establishment. She was one of them. It was a bad mistake.

Based upon the extreme left wing partsanship of these Al Gore disciples (a cult religion), and their known propensity to cook the data, I think Ms. Haley should be more guarded in her acceptance of this report, particularly if it was overseen by Obummerites.

The contradiction in the whole Global Warming Theory is this; whether we minimize or maximize man-made 'alteration' of the heat or humidity, and spend every penny on the planet Earth in that effort, we cannot stop CLIMATE CHANGE.
Funny that you didn’t name the effect. Also, a localized “effect” is not a climactic one.
