FOX News host Sean Hannity has come under heavy fire from the likes of Media Matters. This hasn’t stopped the conservative media figure from fighting a battle on another front.
Hannity says he is prepared to sue the Obama administration if it is revealed he was subject to illegal NSA ‘unmasking.’

Fox News host Sean Hannity has laid down a challenge that he will sue the Obama administration if it turns out he was under NSA surveillance and his name was “unmasked” either within the administration or to members of the press.
“I am going to sanction the biggest lawsuit that I possibly can with the biggest attorneys in the country so we can do something to stop the shredding of the Constitution,” Hannity said in a radio broadcast on Aug. 4, noting that he has on “pretty good authority” that he was under Obama administration NSA electronic surveillance and that the Obama administration “unmasked” his name.

We've all heard threats like this before.
“Fox News reported on June 23 that Judicial Watch was unable to obtain records on Trump’s 2016 campaign team “unmasking” because all relevant NSA records have been transferred to President Obama’s yet-unopened presidential library and will not be available to the public for five years.”
A lot of “editing” and “inadvertent loss” of those NSA records can go on during those five years.
The SWAMP does not give up its secrets easily — if ever.
I wondered when someone with the resources would crank this up. It should be a class action suit, for everyone surveilled without warrant.
He said this awhile back. Nothing new here if you have been listening to the Hannity radio show. Jay Sekelow(sp) said he would represent him.
How is it going to come out it? They won’t even investigate
it. But they will find out who Trump rented an apartment to 10 years ago.
You can't argue that he may have just cause to bring about this law suit........Lets hope he does and lets hope he's successful........

Not arguing that at all. He and many others, perhaps the whole country, have grounds for suing Obambam. I'm just not going to hold my breath waiting for one single liberal politician to EVER be prosecuted for their crimes.
Unmet expectations are what frustration and anger are made of. I don't have time for that kind of stress.
If one is EVER prosecuted, it will just be a pleasant surprise for me.

Talk is as cheap as it has ever been. DO IT! Nothing worse than a frustrated electorate. The Repubs are cowards. DOJ, prosecute somebody in the Obama adm. I for one want to see jail time.

surely those records can be released and made available. Is there some leverage? what about a court order?
