“Fox News reported on June 23 that Judicial Watch was unable to obtain records on Trumps 2016 campaign team unmasking because all relevant NSA records have been transferred to President Obamas yet-unopened presidential library and will not be available to the public for five years.”
A lot of “editing” and “inadvertent loss” of those NSA records can go on during those five years.
The SWAMP does not give up its secrets easily — if ever.

I thought those records are supposed to go to the National Archives first to be cataloged, and then can be loaned out to the Presidential library.
Otherwise, why did Sandy Berger have to steal them?

“...transferred to President Obamas yet-unopened presidential library ...”
surely those records can be released and made available. Is there some leverage? what about a court order?
