Following the circulation of an internal memo criticizing Googles restrictive PC workplace environment, employees have freaked out, calling for the memos author to be fired.
A software engineer at Google published a ten-page memo where he criticized Googles Ideological Echo Chamber, resulting in controversy amongst employees within the Google+ internal social network. The author argues within the memo that women are underrepresented in tech fields not because of discrimination, but because of inherent psychological differences between men and women, echoing a similar argument made by former Breitbart senior editor Milo Yiannopoulos in 2016. When discussing Googles educational guidelines for young women, the memos author writes, We need to stop assuming that gender gaps imply sexism.
The allegations of political intolerance come shortly after YouTube, a Google-owned platform, announced it would manipulate search results, artificially promote socially progressive videos, and censor non-rulebreaking content that is considered potential hate speech.

And as if to make his point for him, a former top “engineer” at Google is quoted as saying, “If he worked for me and said that, I’d have fired him.”
So much for diversity of opinion.
Fortunately, there are several other video platforms.
We are not politically intolerant and to prove it we are going to FIRE anyone who says that we are!!
The company treats it the same as “arguing with customers” but really it is nothing more than “not playing The Game”. You have to play The Game. I’ve worked for conservatives and I have worked with liberals but The Game was always there. There were just different rules.
For instance, I worked for a boss that threw out applications from black people and I worked with one that threw out applications from white people.
No one expects the Social Justice Inquisition!
We all really need to try to use another video hosting website.
In a different era these scumbags would be no different than Nazi Germany or Soviet Union who exiled those with a different opinion of things to concentration camps. I think in the back of most socialists minds, there is that fantasy and wishful thinking of what to do with those who go against the grain of socialist agenda.
bingo
Liberalism is groupthink: The Nazi, Pol Pot, Mao, Stalin, Lenin, et al., all had the liberal ideology of groupthink: Think like us or die!
A movie everyone should see is The Circle. Tom Hanks takes a major swing at Apple’s and Google’s groupthink liberalism.
I was a bit shocked that Tom Hanks did the movie, but it really hit a homerun on liberalism in the tech sector.
So how did you get hired by both, if I might ask? Aren't they pretty much mutually exclusive?
Separate companies. The first boss said “I’m not racist but someone above me might be racist”. Copout.
The second was a Yankee who was going show us Southerners how to hire people. The black guy he hired was an absolute joke. We laughed for 2 years about it. He made management look like idiots and he even laughed with us. He lied on his resume, got a big job with a big corp in Atlanta, got cut after 2 weeks and tried to sue us for Wrongful Termination. Hilarious.
This all started about 20 years ago in Silicon Valley.
It was so bad that the day after 911, Intel just let everyone go home to keep from having things explode.
Even then, Indian Muz were well infiltrated into companies.
It is far, far worse now.
Inside every liberal is a totalitarian thug trying to get out.
Every single one.
L
I did not read it as slamming them. It was a Liberal writing about how intolerant they have become. In it he takes his own swipes at the right.
Yep, as it turned out, to prove that they value diverse opinions, Google fired the employee in the name of diversity!
