Police say an Italian restaurant in eastern Pennsylvania is apparently a favorite spot for one man a burglary suspect jailed on charges he's broken into the place three times.
Forks Township police had already charged 32-year-old Maurice Greene for burglaries at DeLorenzo's Restaurant on Feb. 1 and Sept. 28 before they determined he was also responsible for a Sept. 7 break-in.
The (Allentown) Morning Call says Greene is accused of taking $1,318 worth of bottled alcoholic drinks and $432 in cash from the register. Police say they found his DNA on an open bottle of Smirnoff Ice left on the bar during the break-in.
Online court records don't list an attorney for Greene in the latest set of charges including burglary, theft and criminal trespass.

Tod-do list for today:
1. Watch Pulp Fiction.
2. Rob restaurant.
no way a place gets robbed 3 times unless they want to.
after 1st and 2nd time they would be making adjustments to thwart future possibility, so robber must know of changes or owners stupidly did not make any change.
Does an open bottle of Smirnoff Ice prove Russian meddling?
A real Mensa candidate, for sure..................
When you find a restaurant you like.....
It was burglarize 3 times not robbed.
10/10
Would rob again!
Heya, Maurice! Watsamatta you, eh?
Also noted in the article, "The judge ordered Greene to stay away from the restaurant." Unfortunately the judge didn't specify how far or how long he was to stay away.
Where I come, local street thugs would have been afraid to rob a place called DeLorenzo’s Restaurant. Afraid of ending up part of the concrete pour in the next local highway project.
“Does an open bottle of Smirnoff Ice prove Russian meddling?”
Well played.
