Can you imagine the headlines if she was, and was put in prison for this perjury!?
Won’t happen until The Swamp is drained and the snakes and gators dealt with, with extreme prejudice.

Fake news. We all know perjury charges are never prosecuted. At least that’s what I was told the last time a high ranking Democrat was caught lying under oath.
Any Hillary walks free. And Lynch. And Holder. And many many more!
Our system is upside down.
If I had my way, a poor person with little education who shoplifted and perjured herself would be punished (obviously) but there would be some leniency because they are already on the bottom and don’t really need to be kicked.
But a career politician? With millions of dollars in the bank? Who has been looting the taxpayers for decades? You want to break the law? You’re going to destroy evidence and lie about it in court?
Someone like that needs to hunted down and punished without mercy. The government should be relentless in the prosecution of someone like that. But Hillary walks.

There are people doing prison time for relatively minor offenses. Others have been fined to oblivion or had their business ruined for relatively minor offenses or even non-intentional errors ... but Hilary and people like her walk free.
This is why I say we have no rule of law.
Unequal justice = no justice.
The judge did her job.
The accused not only broke the law, and then walked into federal court, was sworn-in and then lied.
It also appears that she represented herself in court or had an absolute moron as an attorney.

The whole system is broken and corrupted. Here we have a woman who lied to the feds and gets a year in prison. Yet, we have Black Lives Matter thugs all over the country robbing and burning things and getting away with it. We have bureaucrats lying and stealing and nothing ever happens. We have a system where there is a federal investigation, actually a full fledged witch hunt to take down the POTUS and yet crimes committed by Obama, Reid, Clinton, Lynch, Holder & Lerner go unpunished. You are right on that. And she learned the hard way.
The lessons here:Don’t steal from a federal installation, don’t lie to the judge and don’t try to pass off fraudulent evidence.
She deserves every day she is sentenced to.
