Actually the lesson should be; don’t steal. Period. The Government doesn’t like the competition. They will lock your ass up.
The judge should add another year for stupidity.
Not in Georgia.
She dishonored our service members. She is a liar and a thief . From her looks she probably is a woman of ill repute.
Society use to shame and shun such folks
Amen
Didn’t Martha Stewart do the same?

Hope that bottle of perfume was worth it.
It is not insane. Lying in court to save yourself or screw other people almost never has negative consequences for the liar.
I think the sentences for it ought to be more severe than whatever the person the are trying to screw over by lying, faces.
It is agtempting to play the entire system as suckers for their own gain, use the courts as a weapon against someone else based on deliberate lies, and often screw over innocent people.
I grew up down the street from Walter Reed. Back when it was a thriving base & hospital with a commissary, occasionally some idiot would come onto the base and rob the commissary.
Bad move. The crimes that would get you maybe 6 months elsewhere get you a lot of time if you do it on a base. This woman was beyond stupid to shoplift on a military base.
Her sister Stacy is a member of the state house and WAS in a leadership role until she resigned after a bit of controversy. Stacy is now running for governor of GA and has gained full support from George Soros.
Her sister Lesile just assured her sister Stacy wins the local vote in 2018 by sticking it to the man in s ga.
My ‘insane’ remark in the original post was referring to what appears to be a hands-off policy regarding the DC political elite and the little guy. No doubt, as I stated, shen is guilty and needs to be punished.
Whups, my bad. :)
