Communism: You have two cows. You give them to the government, and the government then gives you some milk.

Stalin and Hitler greatly admired each other, despite being mortal enemies.
Stalin actually helped the Nazis capture German Communists, including Ernst Thaelmann, because Stalin did not want the German Communists to gain power in Germany, because he felt they ultimately would have challenged Moscow for leadership of the International Communist movement.
Also, I might add, Stalin was more than willing to allow the Nazis to take over the areas of the Soviet Union with the most Jews, without putting up any resistance.
He was very happy to let Hitler take care of his “Jewish Problem” for him.
Communism predated Naziism. Communism inspired Naziism. Much of the killing apparatus of the Nazis was copied from Soviet Russia.

Under Nazism the cartels write the checks to the workers. Under Communism the government writes the checks to the workers. Either way the suffering is the same.
They are both socialists and statists, but commies don’t believe in private property. Nazis accept nominal private property but insist that the goobermint control it.
