The complaint alleges that the Heritage Oak Private Education school in Yorba Linda unlawfully discriminated against Nikki, and elaborates: Heritage Oak repudiated Nikkis core identity. It refused to use the name, pronoun, and gender corresponding to Nikkis gender identity, required Nikki to wear the boys uniform and use the boys restroom, and failed to address the bullying that Nikki was subjected to because of her gender identity and gender expression.
The complaint also describes the harm that Nikki allegedly suffered:
Seven-year-old Nikki became depressed and talked about self-harm; she isolated herself socially and would not play with other children at recess because she could not be herself with them; she would not participate in school-related events after hours when she had to wear boys clothes; and she felt that the school was blocking her inner light. On the day when she tore a photograph of herself in half and cried out, I hate myself, Nikkis parents had no choice but to remove her from the school and homeschool her for the rest of the year.
In its statement of facts elaborating on the details of the case, the complaint asserts: It is a scientific truth that, for certain children, their inner sense of themselvestheir gender identitydoes not correspond to the sex assigned to them at birth.
The suit refers to California civil rights law, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of gender, which means biological sex as well as gender identity and gender expression.
In a statement reported by the Orange County Register, the school said that it had accommodated older transgender students without a problem, and that it had tried to work with Nikkis parents, but that they rejected its approach.

I wanted to be a boy when I was little because for some bizarre reason I thought it would make my parents love me more (it wouldn’t have). I also loved sports and doing “boy things.” There was never any sexual attraction, because I was just a little kid! Then puberty hit and I didn’t want to be a boy anymore. For as long as I have been old enough to feel sexual attraction, I’ve always been straight. I’m so glad I was little a long time ago when children could just be innocent children. I was a “tomboy” but thank God no one labeled me “transgender.” I feel sorry for kids raised today. I homeschool my own children.
The article said the school tried to work with the child, but the parents rejected their approach.
Transgendered store their sperm or eggs, so, I guess that means they’re not sterile. I don’t know if males started on puberty suppressors produce testerone.
Nobody is transgender at any age. It’s a mental illness or a delusion. If someone claims he’s the Pope, nobody ships him off to the Vatican. He is sent for a mental exam. Saying one is female when one is clearly male is a denial of reality.
Of course it’s a setup. The leftists want to force all private groups to bend to their will. When the civil rights laws were passed outlawing freedom of association by private entities, it gave government a giant club to use to beat us into submission.
Some people think their purpose in life is to make everyone else’s life a living hell.
Yes - the parents were enabling the child’s obsession, the parents, not the school, are the true abusers.
The parents or their advocates used the term for what the child thinks of their gender as “inner sense of themselves”.
There is no known scientific basis for the brain to have developed a gender different than its body. A mental impression is derived from thoughts and emotions, not anything driven by who we physically are. Something has happened, or been allowed to happen, for the child to even conceive they are not who & what their body is. An obsession has subtly crept in. And yes, the mind is capable of lying to us.
The school was trying to do the right thing - help the child out of their obsession. The parents have consigned the child to a lifetime of hormonal and physical attacks on their body to force their body to agree with their obsession. That is a lifetime of abuse they will put their body through, to satisfy an obsession. The parents are abusing a child that could still be helped.
When I was seven, I often pretended to be a T-Rex. Was I born too early for a chance at a payday? Trans-speciesism is a thing, right?
