DOJ Document Dump to ACLJ on Clinton Lynch Meeting: Comey FBI Lied, Media Collusion...
ACLJ ^ | 8-4-2017 | ACLJ

Posted on 08/04/2017 11:30:59 AM PDT by thouworm

We have just obtained hundreds of pages in our ongoing investigation and federal lawsuit on former Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s tarmac meeting with former President Bill Clinton while the Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI had an ongoing criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails. The results are shocking.

First, the Comey FBI lied to us. Last July, we sent FOIA requests to both the Comey FBI and the Lynch DOJ asking for any documents related to the Clinton Lynch plane meeting. The FBI, under the then directorship of James Comey, replied that “No records responsive to your request were located.”

The documents we received today from the Department of Justice include several emails from the FBI to DOJ officials concerning the meeting....

You are correct but omitted a very pertinent point. Sessions now has an FBI Director.

The balderdasious Free Republic dogma about Sessions is strong on this thread. So strong, as to be embarrassing . It is a pity that unlike you, many, perhaps most can’t see beyond their own noses.

Looks like Obama’s Department for the Obstruction of Justice, DOJ, was quite an efficient ORGANIZED political CRIME operation....

The Deep State is going to protect itself.

Deep State is about to take a hit, yes. But I have no faith in US news media / journalism as long as Soros' has part ownership of the newsrooms through investments by his surrogate corporations.

I believe, now that the DOJ belongs to Trump, he can tell Sessions to de-classify the redacted documents and release them. I don’t know why he doesn’t do things like this. Perhaps it’s due to a criminal investigation, but I’d much rather see this plastered all over the press to put the heat on dirty Democrats and Comey. I also don’t know why Trump doesn’t order someone to step in and remove security clearances from all the Obama people that are gone now. Why does Susan Rice need a security clearance? Sure, there are enough holdovers to leak, but at least Rice would have to work harder to get info from the sources and there would be more of a paper trail. Also, what’s up with all the aliases with the No-Scandal (TM) Obama Admin??

Boy are you people clueless.

Why don’t you brainacs tell us just where is the Grand Jurie in DC that will indict these crooks? Hint: there ain’t one.

How about a petit jury which will convict? I’m waiting.

Hearsay, inflammatory news stories, rumors and fictions don’t make up evidence.

So Sessions shouldn’t pursue the multiple felonies committed by the Obama-affiliated swamp—in some cases publicly confessed to—because you say there’s not enough evidence.

You’ve just made the case for replacing Sessions as AG. If he isn’t up to the job, get someone who is.

Yep, and Hillary is just target #1. Comey, Lynch, Holder, Wasserman and dozens of other Obama/Clinton cronies have blatant evidence of felonies out there in the public record against them. I have a feeling Social Security will become solvent sooner than any of them will be indicted.

That is not what I said.

Are you not aware of the difference between evidence and ADMISSIBLE evidence or probative evidence? Do you have any idea of how these people who have perfected this treasonous activity and corrupt dealings operate.

The Art of the Coverup is at its height with the Democrat Party.

It will take an army of lawyers to bring down even one of them. You underestimate what is required FOR SUCCESS in a court totally stacked against your case.

Personally, I see the best course is to start a trial next summer so that if it fails (as is likely in DC) the mid-terms will occur while a trial is in progress and the bad publicity for the democratmedia will be at its peak.

Sessions knows exactly what he is up against and the strategy of dealing with it, as does Trump.

Timing is the art of Champions and that is incompatible with blindly rushing into the swamp slashing and splashing.

Only if they could empanel a jury in Texas would success be probable.

Sessions was having the time of his life cracking down on marijuana and upping civil asset seizures. The fact of his biggest accomplishment seemed to elude him: i.e.: getting Trump targeted—in record time—by a conniving, deceptive, Comey and Hillary ally, Democrat hatchet man. As long as Mueller enjoyed an unlimited budget with which to destroy Trump, what did Sessions care?

Trump had to practically slap Sessions around to get his attention. Now we’re hearing that BEWARE; Sessions just might crack down on the leaks.

Jeff Sessions is a disaster. If he and Rosenstein were undercover shills for the Deep State, they couldn’t have done a better job of harming Trump. What need of enemies does Trump have? He’s got Sessions and Rosenstein doing more to cripple his presidency than any outsider ever could.

Sessions is correct that the federal and state laws wrt marijuana are in complete conflict and, if the Rule of Law is to prevail, they must be coordinated.

Asset forfeiture when applied with justice (which I believe
Sessions would do) are fine. He isn’t talking about taking a car because a joint was found in it, but the millions of the cartels.

These are sidelines to distract the credulous. The DoJ is busy on many fronts and will be under an onslaught of court filings about Sanctuary Cities from those breaking the law. The Idiot Mayor of Chicago just went to court on this. More will follow.

If Sessions is compromised then there is no one in DC who is not and you may as well devote your life to non-political issues. It would be easy in today’s world.

BTW Trump’s administration is far from crippled but has already accomplished much. It may have a gadfly buzzing around but that is all it is. Even the democratmedia is backing away from Russia and will concentrate on the Climate Change Report and generate more lawsuits.
