WTH cares? There's at least two or three weather guessers on each of the three TV stations, plus a handful on radio. How much forecasting do you need? It's hot in summer, cold and snowy in winter.

A friend of mine suggested that the owners of WHEC could have also been unloading on Kevin's contract/salary and that could have been the case, but I also suspect that his bucking of the alarmists line could have also figured into their decision to let him go.
