Are we there yet? In the real world, investigations and prosecutions take time. If you want an instant result, go get a Big Mac.

I sat as a juror in a murder trial. Despite the fact that the victim made a "deathbed" identification of the murderer and the police were able to catch the murderer at home right after the crime trying to destroy evidence including washing his clothes, it took 9 months before the trial started. It is a laborious process detailing the evidence and proceeding according judicial regulations and standards to ensure that a decision cannot be overturned on a technicality.

While the Department of Justice does not discuss ongoing investigations or confirm specific matters, it is important for the American people—and for those who might be thinking about leaking sensitive or classified information—to know that criminals who would illegally use their access to our most sensitive information to endanger our national security are, in fact, being investigated and prosecuted. Since January, the Department has more than tripled the number of active leak investigations compared to the number pending at the end of the last Administration. And we have already charged four people with unlawfully disclosing classified material or with concealing contacts with foreign intelligence officers.

Oh so that's it. That's why you are presenting yourself here as some kind of expert regarding how investigations work. You sat as a juror on a murder trial. Got it. So let me bow down before your brilliance, oh wise one.

In the meantime, down here on earth where this grubby charade is ongoing, what most of us are concerned about is the blatant, raging double standard that finds a duly elected outside-the-swamp Republican president hounded from the moment he announced his candidacy while obvious criminal activity by Democrats gets a total pass.

While trying to impress us with your reasonableness and investigatory knowledge picked up in the jury box, you are widely missing the big picture and real danger.

No they probably don't discuss it they just leak like the rest of the swamp creatures.

The credibility of these people (DOJ) is that of the FBI stalwart rock solid - till nothing happens - HRC walks free after straight up selling access - nope we chase this Russia crap that everyone knows is crap.

Remember how much of a straight shooter (Larence Walsh, Ken Starr, Patrick Fitzgerald, Comey, Mueller) was supposed to be. The truth is I don't know Jeff Session from Adam and he not going to send me memos but not seeing much help from anybody DC related.

He could say "you know what? Now that everyone has seen there is nothing to this I unrecuse myself and am personally taking control of the investigation" - voila done two days of tizzy fit till president does something else to piss of the swampies.

I Dare Sessions to unrecuse himself this is an obvious coup - help stop the coup Jeff get you head in the game for the nations sake. Stop being such a wimp - double dog D.A.R.E yah
