Thanks for posting that.
Comey serves at the discretion of the President. He can be fired for any reason that Trump wants. Rosentstein and Sessions recommended his removal citing specific reasons why. His handling of the Russia investigation was not mentioned. Trump mentioned to Lester Holt that regardless of what they recommended he was going to fire Comey for his handling of the Russia investigation. This set off the charge of obstruction of justice claim that led to Rosenstein appointing a special counsel.
Are you telling me that Comey did not leak information to the MSM which is against FBI protocol?
It is not only against protocol, it is against the law. He should be investigated and then charged and prosecuted. We only found out about the leaks after he was fired.
It is against FBI protocol AND the law.
I said, It is not only against protocol, it is against the law. How is that any different than what you just wrote in response to my answer to your question? Reading comprehension seems to be a problem for you.
Yeah! Leaks are bad! Were really on it! doesnt cut it, Jeff. I want to see people named and arrested, not hear Sessions read a prepared statement about what a great job theyre doing (when everyone can see that theyre NOT)”
You must have a comprehension problem. There are four criminal investigations of leakers underway and triple the number of criminal referrals to the FBI on leakers. It is DOJ policy not to name who is being investigated and prosecuted for ongoing cases.

Oh, whoop-de-do. Whenever Washington says they’re “investigating” anything that could hurt our President or our country NOTHING ever seems to happen (see: Hillary). Forgive me if I’m less than impressed by Jeff Sessions trying to come off like some kind of alpha-male.
Agree, Cruz doesnt get along with these phonies...I guess thats his best quality

Yeah - but he voted right along with them to deny Trump recess appointments, didn’t he?
Reading comprehension seems to be a problem for you.

Just as insulting fellow board members seems to be a problem for YOU.
“What is Sessions going to do about the AWANS?”
Or the Clinton Foundation?
I know, nothing.
I agree. I’ve been hard on Sessiins however you are correct...the folks tapping the most fail to remember or recall he can say nothing of substance about what is going on behind the scenes.
Those blathering about remind me of the 2 old men muppets always complaining about the show. Complain miserable complain miserable
You’re going to hurt Sessions’ feelings. Stop with the constructive criticisms Gregg Jarrett.
I sat as a juror in a murder trial. Despite the fact that the victim made a "deathbed" identification of the murderer and the police were able to catch the murderer at home right after the crime trying to destroy evidence including washing his clothes, it took 9 months before the trial started. It is a laborious process detailing the evidence and proceeding according judicial regulations and standards to ensure that a decision cannot be overturned on a technicality.
While the Department of Justice does not discuss ongoing investigations or confirm specific matters, it is important for the American peopleand for those who might be thinking about leaking sensitive or classified informationto know that criminals who would illegally use their access to our most sensitive information to endanger our national security are, in fact, being investigated and prosecuted. Since January, the Department has more than tripled the number of active leak investigations compared to the number pending at the end of the last Administration. And we have already charged four people with unlawfully disclosing classified material or with concealing contacts with foreign intelligence officers.
So many here seem to have the patience of a two year old and depth of understanding of a three year old.
As though AG Sessions is going to broadcast his every move ahead of time and alert all those he is investigating. And as though complex crimes with multiple layers of perps that took place over years can be all tied up in a bow in a few months with many in the DoJ and FBI still 0hole holdovers and thus untrustworthy so they have to be kept busy with MS 13 and Medicare Fraud etc.
Good God, people.
“So many here seem to have the patience of a two year old and depth of understanding of a three year old.”
And here I was thinking that being rude to anyone who doesn’t agree with you was a leftist characteristic.
In the meantime, down here on earth where this grubby charade is ongoing, what most of us are concerned about is the blatant, raging double standard that finds a duly elected outside-the-swamp Republican president hounded from the moment he announced his candidacy while obvious criminal activity by Democrats gets a total pass.
While trying to impress us with your reasonableness and investigatory knowledge picked up in the jury box, you are widely missing the big picture and real danger.
Okay, your majesty.
We'll all shut up and go away so you can talk to someone on your own level.
(I won't bother with the /sarc. You wouldn't understand that either.)
Actually it’s kinder to compare fools to three year olds than compare rational beings to leftists.
I mean what are the odds?
Oh...... 1 in 365? I wish I could get those odds at mega millions
I understand the danger far more than you do. Deep State is the greatest threat to our Republic in our history. The career bureaucracy has been so politicized and partisan that it no longer accepts the results of legitimate elections and is in open rebellion against the duly elected President of the United States. The Pendleton Act of 1883 never was intended to create an unelected government.
Okay, your majesty.
We’ll all shut up and go away so you can talk to someone on your own level.

I didn’t tell you to “shut up and go away” - although considering how inconsiderate you are, I certainly wouldn’t object.
I bet there are copies in Jarrett’s house up the street from the white house.
